Resin Bound Gravel

Dried Aggregates are used within a resin bound system, often to provide a cost effective, hard wearing method of re-coating outdoor spaces and porous areas around tree pits. Brett supply a range of specialised aggregates which are used as component part of Resin Bound Gravel Surfacing. These materials are usually encapsulated within a proprietary resin obtained and installed by the contractor.

Our dried materials are used to provide a range of qualities including colour, slip and wear resistance and texture to outdoor areas such as around public buildings, cycle routes, pedestrian areas, footbridges, driveways and courtyards.

Resin bound gravel is an attractive and low maintenance alternative to Block and Flag Paving. The versatility of the surfacing technique means it can be applied to many different substrates, including concrete, wood or steel depending on the type of aggregate used.

A wide range of natural aggregates are available from our quarries giving us the capability to adjust grading to suit project specific criteria. By working closely with designers or installers we can identify, source and grade bespoke products to meet your specific design requirements as well as creating unique finishes to walls and floors by colouring to specific pantone colours.

If you are a specifier, contractor or home owner wishing to integrate aggregates into your project, or for assistance in sourcing bespoke products to match your design criteria, contact our team on 0845 60 80 572 or email

Aggregates for use in resin bound surfacing are available in mini bags, bulks bags and loose bulk tankers. Please note that dried products should be stored under cover to keep dry prior to use.

When using colour coated aggregates we are able to offer virtually any colour to match the closest BS, RAL or Pantone reference. This is particularly useful when looking to match a required corporate or brand colour range.
